• Each individual may register one account only.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address when registering.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but if the same payment method is used, both accounts will need to be verified.

To update any details provided at registration, you must contact the support team and submit the relevant documents. Registering with false information is a violation of these terms.

Vbb8 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure secure payments. KYC must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

What you need for KYC verification:

• Clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID (NID), or
• A photo of the first page of your Bangladeshi passport
• A selfie holding your NID/passport

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. If any discrepancies are found, additional documents may be requested. vbb8 may ask for re-verification at any time.

All financial transactions at vbb8 are fully secure and governed by the terms below.

The payment method used must be registered under the same name as your vbb8 account. Using another person's number or account is a violation of these terms. In such cases, the transaction may be cancelled and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

If your deposit does not appear in your Wallet within 30 minutes, please contact us via live chat with your TrxID and a screenshot. Your funds are never lost — all transactions are recorded.

All betting decisions on vbb8 are final — once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

• Minimum Bet: Varies by bet type; generally starts from ৳50.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or interrupted before the specified number of overs, the stake will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

• Fixed Match: If match fixing or the use of insider information is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

• Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for each bonus is shown in your dashboard. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using a VPN to obtain bonuses, or attempting to exploit bonus terms in any way is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vbb8. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Opening an account under someone else's name or identity
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage
• Using malware or bots on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members
• Betting using insider information
• Claiming bonuses or offers using a VPN or proxy

Vbb8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found
• If false information is found during KYC verification
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions
• If you suspect someone else is accessing your account

The balance of a suspended account will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance released.

Members may also close their account voluntarily. To do so, withdraw any available balance first, then contact support to submit an account closure request.
